However, it is apparently true that sex can affect you or your partner negatively. This occurs if the activity disrupts on interferes with your day-to-day activities. In some cases, people often prefer having sex during lunch breaks and missing out on lunch, or one can decide to go to work late but have a quick sexual reunion with their partners. This is not only unhealthy but can also cause other elemental elements in your life to change. Here are some of the negative effects of having too much or uncontrolled sexual activities.

These are serious negative impacts and side effects of sex that have to be avoided at all costs.
